Project Coordinator


Key accountabilities :

• Set-up, maintenance and monitoring of robust project plans, project schedules, project resources
• Delivering and maintaining of information for single and multi-project management views supporting project team and leadership team decisions
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met by following up defined tasks and timelines with teams and functions
• Determining project changes and reporting deviations
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Support assessment of project risks and issues
• Chair and facilitate one to one or group meetings to manage and up-date project plans
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Assist the company’s Leadership Team to
• Organize Leadership Team Meetings
• Follow-up action items

Profile :

• University degree in business or science
• Fluent business English, French beneficial

Industry-specific knowledge
• 5 years experience in life science project coordination
• Certification in a Project Management Standard (i.e. PMI or other) beneficial
• Knowledgeable in project management best practices, supporting tools and systems
• Sound understanding of performance management required
• Sound understanding of the drug / cell therapy development process
• Knowledgeable in the overall pharmaceutical / biological value chain
